Tech-Enabled Precision Enforcement: Wuhan Shilong Technology's Ground-Penetrating Radar and Pipeline Robots Make Debut at Henan Ecological Environment Law Enforcement Training

On 8 17, the Henan Provincial Ecological Environmental Protection Law Enforcement Training and Skills Competition kicked off in Xinxiang City. Wuhan Shilong Technology's self-developed SL-GPR wireless ground-penetrating radar and SL-C200 digital high-definition pipe robot made a strong debut in the new equipment application event.
On the morning of 17 in 8, the 2023 Provincial Ecological Environmental Protection Law Enforcement Training and Skills Competition, jointly organized by the Henan Department of Ecology and Environment, the Provincial Public Security Department, and the Provincial Department of Justice, kicked off in Xinxiang City. One hundred elite law enforcement officers from across the province gathered at the competition arena, ready to showcase their skills and demonstrate their capabilities.
This competition featured 6 events, including theme-based speech contests, knowledge quizzes, drone operation skills, anti-fraud enforcement of automatic pollution source monitoring, VR-simulated on-site law enforcement, and application of new enforcement equipment. The event aims to comprehensively enhance the overall quality of environmental protection law enforcement personnel across the province, build a highly capable enforcement team, and further strengthen their practical combat readiness—ensuring they are ready to fight and able to win when called upon.

SL-GPR wireless ground-penetrating radar demonstrates powerful "X-ray" capabilities against corporate violations involving illegal underground排污 pipes designed to evade regulatory oversight. As the industry's first portable, intelligent pipeline detection radar with wireless transmission, it employs ultra-wideband radar technology and long pseudo-random pulse coding. The device enables rapid, non-destructive inspection of pipelines or hidden buried anomalies of various materials at depths ranging from 0 to 8 meters without disturbing the surface, precisely locating concealed pollution sources and effectively resolving the regulatory challenge posed by "hidden pipe mazes."

At the same time, the SL-C200 digital HD pipe robot provides intuitive visual support for underground pipeline inspections. This next-generation CCTV pipe inspection robot consists of a main controller, cable reel, crawler, and camera lens, capable of conducting comprehensive inspections inside pipelines ranging from DN150 to DN3000mm. Using high-definition imaging technology, it clearly captures and transmits real-time footage of internal blockages, damage, and leaks, while generating industry-compliant inspection and assessment reports with a single click—truly achieving "visible conditions, accurate measurements, and full traceability."
